How busy each of the next seven days should be, from your own past sales, the weather and the calendar. Below it, what to order so you don't run out.
Where the money went
The restaurant made a profit. This shows what then left the business: money you took out, loan repayments, tax. What is left is what stayed in the business.

Supplier statements
The month-end statement each supplier sends. Upload it and we check every line against your invoices and payments.
PDF, photo or CSV. Every line is checked against your invoices, credit notes and bank payments.

Till
Your sales come from the till's export. Upload one file once; we learn the layout and read it from then on.
Any CSV your till exports. We work out which column is which; you confirm once.
Invoices
Photograph every supplier invoice the day it arrives. We read it; you check and approve. Tap one below to see the picture.

Deliveries
When goods arrive, check them against the invoice. Tap "All arrived", or "Something's off" and mark what was short. The owner and manager are told about anything short.
Expected
Orders placed but not delivered yet. Confirming a delivery from that supplier ticks the order off; a late one becomes an exception.
Add an order you placed
Something arrived with no invoice?
The invoice person is told to chase the paperwork. Photograph the delivery note too if there is one.
Stock take
A stock take is opened, every store is counted, then it is closed. Closing makes the report and tells the owner.

Count
Something on the shelf that isn't in the list?
Photograph it and say what it is and how much, e.g. "calamari tubes 5 kg" or "gin, half a bottle". It is added and counted.
Bank & payroll
Upload the bank statement every week, the payroll after each pay run, and the delivery-platform statement when it comes. We match every line overnight.
PDF or CSV. Read and matched overnight.

Months
The last six months and the next six. Tap a past month for its full profit and loss.
Close the day
End of service in one place: the takings, the cash count, what is still open, and tomorrow.
Staff rota
Hours you plan per day beside the guests expected, and the wage share those hours mean. Pink is over what you aim for.
Overheads
Rent, power, insurance, card fees, marketing and the rest: the costs that come whether you are busy or not. The weekly figure is last month's total spread by day.

Set up this restaurant
Everything the owner needs before they open the app, entered by us. Each card saves on its own. Re-import a file any time; nothing is duplicated.
Operator
New restaurant
Reserve the restaurant code now and get the exact set-up command. The restaurant's own database and app are created by that command (it spends money, so it runs on purpose, not by itself).
Recipes
What goes into each dish. Photograph recipe cards, upload a file, or type them in. Recipes give us the food cost of every dish and the stock each sale uses.
Recipe
Waste
Log anything thrown away as it happens. It stops good stock looking like it went missing.

Cash-up
At close, count the cash in the drawer and type it in. We check it against what the till says and tell you what should reach the bank.

Targets
What you aim for, as a share of sales. Food cost 32% means R32 of every R100 sold goes on food. The weekly picture is judged against these.

Order under-par items
Everything below its par level, grouped by supplier, as an email per supplier. Change quantities, drop lines, add a note, then send. The owners are on copy and each email becomes an expected delivery.
Sales not on the till
A function, a private party paid by EFT, a cash sale rung up nowhere. They are shown beside the till's sales, always marked as off-till, never mixed in. The owner's entries count at once; a manager's wait for the owner.
Staff & tips
Who works here, which days they worked, what that costs, and how the tips are shared. Tap a day to mark it worked; tap again for a half day; a third tap clears it.
Stock
What should be on the shelf right now, store by store, and the items running low. Tap a low item to set its minimum.

Patterns the forecast sees in your sales: weather, days of the week, holidays. These are statistical, not proven facts; the proven ones are under Insights.
